RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

At Lis Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by courier notification. We offer a simple return process to ensure your peace of mind. Please review our return policy below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final Sale, Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN: 

  1. Email us at info@lis-jewelry.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization in the package.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a store credit or exchange will be issued. Refunds are not available. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. You can certainly exchange your jewellery for another style you like from our store. Please contact us for an exchange and we can organise this for you. Store credit will be applied to your account for the exchange.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for international orders. If you have any questions about our return process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

 

GIFT CARDS:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards can be used on any item available on our website and do not expire.

  • If you purchase an item using a gift card and wish to return it, the refund will be issued as store credit.
